What was done?
This colonial classic with a twist, hadn't been touched in nearly 30 years. The project consisted of reconfiguring three floors, install all new MEP systems, new roof and windows. Finishes included new kitchen and three bathrooms. Speciality work included: Wallpapered jib wall for additional storage, Tadelakt and lime wash throughout the house, and painted checker board floor.
