Meet The Team
We're an award-winning multidisciplinary team based in Washington D.C with a passion for creating innovative spaces. We work with businesses and people to create a more beautiful city.
Bella has a degree in civil engineering from Bath University, UK, and experience working in global construction and banking. As a General Contractor, she brings a passion for solving problems in a creative and holistic way. She loves learning new things about construction, design, and people.
John is a third-generation builder, he oversees all construction within the company. His past experience in the Special Forces helps guide his “checklist” attitude to construction, ensuring we manage our construction process tightly. He’s got a knack for sequencing and a keen eye for details.
Gabriela is our vivacious procurement and logistics manager. She is responsible for purchasing all fixtures and finishes, creating spec books for subs and clients (pre and post-construction), coordinating all deliveries and installs, as well as ensuring our sites are clean and orderly.
Julio is our assistant project manager he helps assist in meeting our projects schedules, ensuring work is completed to high quality, coordinating with subcontractors and generally keeping our teamand subcontractor’s morale high.
Latasha is our office manager, she helps ensure our back of the house runs smoothly ensuring we comply with all licensing and permitting requirements, accounts payable, and that our work gear is on brand, we’d be lost without her.
Manuel is our in-house painter and general laborer. He brings a passion and love for construction which can be seen in his work and dedication to the job. He’s accomplished in array of painting methods and continues to improve his craft.
Jason flax is our repeat intern. He’s spent the year on and off with us helping with building out our operations and process templates, including client spec books, punch list, and company procedures.
