Georgetown

Whole House Renovation

What was done?

Dubbed "the Georgetown Gentleman's House" this gut renovation consisted of reconfiguring the home both internally and externally.

The inside of the home was taken down to the studs and all plumbing was replaced up to the street. We built three bathrooms, a powder room and kitchen, all floors were refinished, custom millwork was fabricated and installed throughout the home, and the whole house was painted.

In the back we built a two tiered garden with pennsylvania blue stone patio, custom iron railing, perfect for entertaining. Work included reconfiguring the steps, new retaining walls, building an outdoor grill area, installing a fountain, custom brick beds, and new fencing.

In the front the whole home was painted, new copper gutters, new shutters, new driveway and patio.

Cann Construction was responsible for selecting and managing the landscaping company.
