The objective was to construct a pool house that seamlessly complemented the timeless elegance of the existing Georgian Mansion. This was achieved through meticulous attention to detail, including the installation of a slate roof, the crafting of custom doors that harmonized perfectly with the main residence, and the incorporation of exquisite stonework. Cann oversaw the construction of not only the pool house but also an outdoor bar area and the surrounding hardscaping, all of which were seamlessly integrated into the project while the pool was concurrently being developed.
