What was done?
A full gut renovation transforming an underutilized basement into a highly functional, family-focused space designed to evolve with growing children. The layout was reimagined to include a generous playroom built to adapt over time, a hardworking mudroom tailored for active, messy boys, additional pantry storage, and a full bathroom.
Every square inch was thoughtfully maximized, with custom solutions throughout—including under-stair wine storage and discreet hidden nooks that add both function and a sense of play. The result is a smart, durable, and beautifully layered lower level that balances practicality with thoughtful design.
