Bella has loved construction since she was a little girl—starting with watching her road being resurfaced with her dad. The fascination grew into an obsession. Only now she runs projectss in high heels.
With a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Bath (UK) and experience across global construction and banking, Bella brings technical rigor and creative problem-solving to every build. Curious by nature and deeply people-focused, she approaches construction holistically—balancing design, detail, and execution with heart and humor.
Fabricio is a highly skilled Construction Manager with a rare blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and an artist’s eye for detail. He excels at coordinating multiple subcontractors and specialized crews, ensuring seamless collaboration across complex, high-end projects.
Known for his thoughtful, solutions-driven approach, Fabricio brings creativity to the field while remaining deeply client-conscious—always mindful that decisions on site impact both the build and the overall client experience. His calm leadership and commitment to craftsmanship ensure each project is executed with precision, care, and exceptional quality.
Luciano is an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in large-scale commercial projects, bringing a disciplined, highly organized approach to every build. His expertise in managing complex scopes, coordinating multiple trades, and maintaining rigorous standards ensures projects move efficiently without compromising quality.
With a foundation in custom millwork and fine woodworking, Luciano offers a rare advantage on technically complex projects. His deep understanding of materials and fabrication enables creative, buildable solutions that honor design intent while resolving challenges in the field. As Luciano often says, “If you can imagine it, we can build it.” His work consistently bridges vision and execution with precision and craftsmanship.
David is an accomplished Lead Designer with a rare combination of hands-on construction experience and formal design education. Having worked in the field as a tradesman before pursuing design school, he brings a deeply practical, build-aware perspective to both residential and commercial projects.
Known for creating highly personalized, functional environments, David balances creativity with technical understanding—ensuring designs are not only visually compelling but thoughtfully executed. His collaborative approach, attention to detail, and fluency in how spaces are built allow him to translate client vision into refined, purposeful spaces that perform beautifully in real-world use.
Latasha leads our smaller projects division, overseeing maintenance and warranty work with precision and care. Highly organized and solutions-oriented, she plays a critical role in keeping projects moving efficiently while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Known for her ability to step in, problem-solve, and keep teams aligned, Latasha ensures timelines are met and communication flows seamlessly across all stakeholders. Her proactive approach and steady leadership make her an essential force behind smooth execution and a consistently positive client experience.
Gabriela leads procurement and logistics with energy, precision, and impeccable organization. She is responsible for sourcing and purchasing all fixtures and finishes, developing comprehensive specification books for both clients and subcontractors, and managing the coordination of deliveries and installations.
With a sharp eye for detail and a strong command of logistics, Gabriela ensures every site remains orderly, efficient, and beautifully executed. Her proactive approach and attention to both aesthetics and operations play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-caliber experience from pre-construction through completion.
